Pam joined the Snedden Hall & Gallop team as communications manager in late 2018. Her work in this part-time role involves supporting staff with their internal and external communication needs. She also keeps the website and social media platforms up to date.
Although boasting a varied work background – including teaching tourism at the University of Canberra and working in government and non-government tourism organisations – Pam has most recently been busy with her own proofreading and editing business.
Pam’s qualifications include a PhD (Management) and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing (Editing). She also has industry accreditation with Australia’s national editing organisation, the Institute of Professional Editors (IPEd).
