Novel coronavirus (COVID-19): service continuity
16 Mar 2020
Australian federal and state governments continue to monitor an outbreak of respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus (COVID-19). We are carefully considering advice from government and health officials and will continue to support our clients with consistent delivery of our services as we navigate the COVID-19 situation.
Strategies to maintain business as usual
Resulting mitigation actions are impacting ‘business as usual’ activities across the community. Our aim is to maintain as normal business operations as possible, and we have the resources and tools needed to undertake our work via remote access as required. If there are unintended delays in legal processes or there are resource substitutions, we will inform you as soon as practically possible, noting that some of these may be beyond our control.
We have implemented processes to protect clients, visitors and team members from exposure to the virus, including office signage, personal hygiene supplies and requesting advanced notice from staff, clients and visitors if they are unwell ahead of face-to-face interactions and can carry on our services remotely through video conferences, email, telephone and our secure document sharing portal. We thank you for your understanding and assistance during these exceptional times.
