Complex property transactions

One common, but complex, property transaction is where two related parties decide to transfer property between them.

We recently assisted a family in the restructure of its property holdings, which included a transfer between generations. We guided them through the processes by preparing the necessary transfer documents, providing advice on stamp duty implications and finally effecting the transfer at the Titles Office.

In this most recent case, our clients were grateful for our timely and reliable advice and assistance, as they said:

Thank you, we are delighted that all is now finalised.

Thank you for your courteous and very efficient service throughout the process.

Best Wishes,

Mrs M
