Our client was riding his motorcycle through a roundabout in Canberra in November 2014 when a vehicle failed to give way and a collision occurred.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to his legs and arm and a problem with his knee. Our client was a self-employed businessman at the time and his injuries impacted upon his ability to carry out his work.

We assisted him in a claim against the third-party insurer of the vehicle involved, and we were able to include in his claim an amount for the loss of profit suffered by the business during his period of incapacity. We were recently able to settle a claim directly with the insurer without the need for any court proceedings.

Our client had these words for Richard Faulks, our personal injury law expert who assisted him:

I would like to thank you once again for all your help and assistance since I the accident as well as achieving a good outcome. I will be recommending your services in the future.
